What could you sell?
Here are a few practical places to start.
How it works
Add your digital product, set a price, and tell people about it in your posts and videos.
After hearing about your product, the buyer taps the link in your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or WhatsApp bio.
They choose the product, enter their M-Pesa number, and confirm payment.
The product is delivered instantly, and you get a notification that the sale is complete.
Move your money to M-Pesa whenever your available balance reaches KSh 1,000.
From payment to delivery
Your customer pays with M-Pesa, no account needed. As soon as payment goes through, their product is ready to open and you’re notified of the sale.

Kenya's monetization gap
Brand deals can be valuable. But the brief, budget, and timing belong to the brand. With your own product, you choose what to sell, what it costs, and when to promote it.
KIPPRA says only about 15% of people engaged in digital content creation count it as their primary income. Kenyan buying and payment habits suggest there is room for more.
