Can I receive gifts without selling a product?

Yes. Add your M-Pesa payout number, enable gifts, and publish your storefront. You can start with gifts, sell digital products, or offer both on the same storefront.

What does a supporter receive when they send a gift?

A gift is a way to support your work. It does not include a product, service, or access. Supporters can choose a gift or enter a custom amount and leave an optional message.

Do I need a website or technical skills?

No. You customize your Tihada storefront, add your products, and share one link in your bio or content. We handle the storefront, checkout, and delivery.

How do buyers pay?

Buyers choose a product, enter their M-Pesa number, and confirm the payment on their phone. They do not need to create an account.

When does the buyer receive the product?

Access appears as soon as M-Pesa confirms the payment. The buyer also receives a receipt and a recovery link by email.

How much does Tihada cost?

Your first 5 completed product sales are commission-free. After that, Tihada keeps 7.5% of each product sale. Gifts have a separate 10% fee and do not use your commission-free sales. There is no subscription, and withdrawals are free.

When can I withdraw my money?

Standard earnings become available after 12 hours. Once an account qualifies for the trusted tier, earnings are available immediately and withdrawal requests are processed automatically. You can withdraw to M-Pesa from KSh 100.
